Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse any order.  For credit card orders, we will also not be able to accept your order if we cannot obtain proper authorisation for your payment.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered.

 

 

Delivery

======

Items will be carefully packed and delivered/shipped on the next business day upon receipt of properly authorised payment confirmation.

 

 

We offer many delivery options:

 

 

In Singapore

 

We offer free local pick up services at Novena MRT station.

 

Free delivery for order above SGD 150.00.

 

First item delivery charge of SGD 1.50, each additional item add SGD 1.00.

 

 

International

We charge a fixed charge per shipment based on destination, via registered mail or speedpost air parcel services.  In the event that your parcel is unusually large, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss additional shipping charges and will seek your agreement before shipment.  You can cancel the order if you disagree with any additional charges.

 

 

Please note that some countries have import duties and taxes on parcels and the parcel recipient is responsible for any and all such extra charges that are required by the local authorities.

 

 

We only offer international shipments to the following countries:

 

Malaysia and Brunei: SGD 15.00 (estimated 3-5 business days)

 

 

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, and Thailand: SGD 35.00 (estimated 4-15 business days depends on the country)

 

 

USA/Canada/UK: SGD 50.00 (estimated 7-15 business days)
