Customers who do not wish to have their personal information used for marketing by JOJO-MALL are most welcome to indicate their desire at the time of purchase, in correspondence or email to sales@jojo-mall.com.

Membership is fully optional: shopper are not required to sign on as a member.  However, shoppers will need to provide sufficient information for us to process the orders. 

 

We do not store or process any credit card information on our website, we use payment gateways: Worldpay and Paypal.  During the check-out process, if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to Worldpay or Paypal payment services (based on your selection) for payment processing.

 

A padlock/key is displayed on the lower right hand corner of the user's screen when the SSL technology is in action - indicating a secure site. By "double-clicking" on the padlock it is possible to confirm our certificate of authenticity.
 
We strongly recommend you do not send any sensitive information by email, as information sent by email is not encrypted and therefore not a secure mode of transmission.  PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.
