Return and exchange are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects. We will ship a replacement to the customer at our cost after we receive the returned good. Shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility.
We will definitely work with our customers to provide an exchange for the same item or an alternative product of equal cost. Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of the company management.

2. Your contact number and email address
3. Date of purchase
4. Proof of purchase
5. Item purchased
6. Description of manufacturer's defects

return ticket number will be issued, we only accept the return if:
1. the product has not been washed, worn, used or intentionally damaged, and
2. the sewn in labels or product/hand tags are attached
3. pack it back in the original packaging (if a box is given, please put in back in the original box)
